Especially considering most real estate sales in Pennsylvania were prohibited for a period of time due to Gov. Tom Wolf’s COVID-19 shutdown of non-essential businesses. Once the shutdown ended, real estate sales were reportedly off the charts, with more houses selling than in recent years and sales closing at a faster rate. And those two things haven’t slowed down. To give you a small snapshot, the Greater Harrisburg Association of Relators released its December number for its coverage area of Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry Counties.
