Tennessee services impacted by explosion in Nashville Christmas Day
Several services in Tennessee continue to be unavailable across the state, including the child abuse hotline and some drivers' license services.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Officials said Sunday that several services across Tennessee continue to experience disruptions due to the bombing in downtown Nashville on Christmas Day.
They said that the disruptions are due to technology outages. A list of services that are impacted by the outages is available below:
Tennessee child abuse hotline (telephone lines only; web referrals remain operational)
TennCare Connect
Telephone service for applying for certain programs for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Tennessee state government continues to work to recover from interruptions to state services due to technology outages as a result of Christmas Day events in Nashville. As a result, many services are not yet available across the state.
Services impacted include (but may not be limited to):
Tennessee child abuse hotline (telephone lines only; web referrals remain operational) 
TennCare Connect
Telephone services for applying for certain programs for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
To access information and updates on these and other state services, Tennesseans can go to the state’s main page (https://www.tn.gov) and search for a service or go to the MyTN app, the state’s application that includes information about many services.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Many state services in Tennessee will not be available on Monday as they continue to recover from technical issues caused by the Christmas morning bombing in downtown Nashville.
Those services include:

The Metro Action Commission, which provides rent, mortgage and utility assistance in the midst of the pandemic, is offering two alternative contact numbers for people seeking help: (615) 207-5337 or (615) 207-5340. Its Second Avenue North office will be open during normal hours this week.
Altered transportation services
The state says driver’s license services are unavailable in Nashville today. Driver Services Centers outside Davidson County are open but may experience interruptions.
Meanwhile, Nashville’s WeGo bus services will continue detouring around the downtown blast zone, which is still restricted due to the ongoing investigation. Other alterations are available from WeGo:
