Town and striker Nathan Ellington’s representatives are understood to be in talks regarding the settlement of the 30-year-old’s Blues contract. Ellington, who played for manager Paul Jewell at Wigan, has made only three starts – just one in the league – and 14 sub appearances without scoring since signing on a free transfer from Watford last summer.
