WHIZ News Park District Receives Sizable Donation MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio-The Muskingum Valley Park District received a sizable donation from retired area Dr. Carl Schowengerdt. The $100,000 donation will be spent on maintaining and servicing recreational trails.
