Grand jury indicts Sullivan man on manslaughter charge ELLSWORTH — A Hancock County grand jury Dec. 10 indicted a Sullivan man on a charge of manslaughter in connection with an April 14 crash in Sullivan that took the life of John Michael-Boucar. Jason Andrews, 26, also was indicted on charges of aggravated criminal operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, reckless conduct, driving to endanger and criminal speeding.
