Bay County runoff elections: Lynn Haven picks Jesse Nelson to be mayor
LYNN HAVEN — Lynn Haven voters have spoken. After all three races went to a runoff, voters took to the polls Tuesday to choose their new mayor and two commissioners. Receiving 1,481 votes (50.46%), Jesse Nelson was elected Lynn Haven’s mayor, defeating Ellyne Fields by 27 votes.
