Rose Festival Porch Parade Winners Announced
Jun 14, 2021 Photo: Ford, Brad Portland Rose Festival announces winners in citywide celebration of America's Original Porch Parade. An idea that started in Portland in 2020, caught on across the country, and returned this year with area businesses joining the celebration. Also new this year, Festival sponsor Alaska Airlines joined in to offer round-trip tickets to the first place winners! Winners were judged on how well they fit themes representing the Rose Festival's three storied Parades: The Grand Floral, the Starlight and the Junior Parade.
