FBI El Paso Special Agent in Charge Luis M. Quesada will leave El Paso after accomplishing his goals of increasing diversity, transparency and keeping the community safe. After nearly two years as the head of the El Paso office, Miami-native Quesada, the first Latino leader of the office in more than decade, was promoted to deputy assistant director over the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group in Quantico, Virginia.
