Real Immigration Reform Needs Real Temporary Worker Program
An innovative temporary worker program is a helpful tool forimproving the legal means by which foreigners can fill important niches in the national workforce. A program is necessary that doesnot exacerbate illegal entry, and should include enforcement of thetemporary nature of the program, a quota that meets employer needs,and a fast-track system for applications.
