A new law went into effect today, banning people from just hanging around on medians in the road or highway. The law targets those panhandling, asking for donations or selling things. Alderman bob donovan who sponsored the law says theres growing concern about the safety of those standing in the median and violators could be fined or face jail time. James foley, the marquette alum who was kidnapped and executed by isis, will be honored for his contributions to journalism tonight. Foley, along with seven others, will be inducted into the wisconsin media hall of fame by the Milwaukee Press club....
