Carpenter hit a pedestrian at the crosswalk. His hazard lights but he did not get out of the car to or to render aid. The scene when the pedestrian stood up and walked over to the side of the road. The the pedestrian suffered abrasions and like injury. Carpenter was transported to the Detention Center where he was processed and released on bond. An other news, sp eng schultz officials are monitoring water levels after they released water from the dam this morning.
