Muskingum County planning to resurface 25 miles ZANESVILLE, Ohio — Extra funding from the Muskingum County Commissioners is helping to pave 25 miles of county roads in 2021. Muskingum County Commission President Mollie Crooks says the extra $1 million will help pave about 11 miles of road that wouldn’t have been paved this year.
