The Maritime Security and Governance Staff Course is an unclassified six-month course designed to provide officers from small navies and coast guards the knowledge and skills necessary to more effectively promote and achieve maritime security and good maritime governance in their national and regional waters.

At the College of Naval Command and Staff, you’ll join other intermediate-level officers from the U.S. Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, and National Guard, as well as civilians with equivalent seniority.
