Scott Rathfon of Century Engineering has been named Delaware Engineer of the Year by the National Society of Professional Engineers Scott Rathfon, P.E., who grew up in Georgetown and now lives in Lincoln, was recently named Delaware Engineer of the Year by the National Society of Professional Engineers.
