Cincinnati flooding: Some roads and Belterra reopen, cleanup begins as Ohio River is receding

Sections of Kellogg Road and Eight Mile Road in Anderson Township have reopened after being closed by flooding.
But stretches of other roads in Anderson, Miami and Whitewater townships remain closed, Hamilton County Engineer Eric Beck said in a news release.
