According to Enrico Zannini, general manager of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof, the 2019 event hosted more than 250,000 operators from 154 countries and more than 3,000 companies from 70 countries.

Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna Further Postpones Dates Women's Wear Daily (WWD) 1/28/2021 Sandra Salibian MILAN — There’s no peace for leading beauty trade show format Cosmoprof as it tries to stage the 53rd edition of its annual event in Bologna. Canceled in 2020, the show has now been rescheduled to run Sept. 9 to 13 due to concerns from associations and industry operators about the development of the pandemic. The decision marks a further postponement compared to the previous dates set for 2021. As reported, last month the fair’s organizer, BolognaFiere, tweaked the show’s traditional schedule and moved the event forward compared to its usual March dates to run May 27 to 31.

The first four days will feature Cosmopack, looking at supply chain in the beauty sector, and Cosmo | Perfumery & Cosmetics. From 28-31 May, Cosmo | Hair, Nail & Beauty will also run, with a focus on the professional world of hair, nails, beauty and spa treatments.
Cosmoprof Reschedules 2021 Events Close Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna and North America have been rescheduled. Sponsored Cosmoprof has announced the postponement of two of its events. The Cosmoprof North America event, previously scheduled for next June, has announced it will take place August 29-31, 2021 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna will take place May 27-31, 2021, rescheduled from March. Cosmoprof North America will bring back its three macro-sector divisions to facilitate the visit of qualified attendees. Cosmetics and personal care will host finished products for skin care, personal care, fragrances, and organic and natural beauty. Cosmopack will welcome leading companies for the supply chain, with solutions for developers interested in creating their brand or for R&D managers looking for innovative packaging formulas or solutions.
