In the past two months, the Environmental Conservancy of North Port purchased or received donations of 32 parcels for wildlife habitat in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties.
So far, the Environmental Conservancy of North Port has preserved 32 lots in the city, Charlotte and Sarasota counties as wildlife habitat
Next time you go to a North Port park, you may see some bat houses you didn't see before.
