One river was going up. once it gets so high they don't have a choice, so this river at one point was going up seven feet in one hour. pretty incredible rainfall rates in texas. year going to continue with it today. we have flash flood watches from san rio, back through dallas and fort worth. it looks like the rain stays in the forast at least through friday. this is just through thursday. so it's not like epic-type rain but the ground is super saturated. all of it goes into the run off and of course with the river so high, it's more added problems and 54 degrees and rainy is not a fun forecas...
