Two central Montana ranchers have pleaded guilty to fraud before a federal court in separate cases related to their cattle operations
Two separately charged men are said to have admitted to fraud in a Billings Bureau of Land Management scheme and separate Lewistown bank defrauding.
The rancher also engaged in improper conduct when obtaining the loans by misrepresenting the status of collateral used to secure the loans at each institution.
Last Thursday, Eric Edward Mack, 43, Lewistown, plead guilty to bank fraud after obtaining more than $1 Million in loans for his cattle ranching business.
