Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse has signed a double-decade lease deal to remain in its Midtown location.

While some Midtown restaurateurs claim they’re struggling, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse -- a three-level, 25,000 square-foot jumbo at 1221 Sixth Ave. --  just renewed its lease with long-time landlord Rockefeller Group for 20 more years.

It will open in late 2024 as Costeño’s first US location. The empire’s Mexico City flagship was the first restaurant in that country to earn a coveted Six-Star Diamond award.
