County commissioners review advertising costs. 9:53 am, Dec. 19, 2020 The Hubbard County Board reviewed advertising costs at its Dec. 8 work session. “As time goes on, I’m hearing more and more people actually don’t get a physical paper and I can’t believe how many live in Hubbard County that just don’t get a paper,” said board chair Char Christenson.
