Officials elected in November were sworn in at the Carroll County Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday. Auditor Kourtney Irlbeck took the oath first, followed by newly elected District 1 Supervisor Scott Johnson. Supervisors Rich Ruggles and Gene Meiners also took the oath from Judge Eric Neu.
