Eric Powell MBE and Consultant Urologist Andrew Bayles A STOCKTON man who was a former patient returned to the NHS health team that treated them and gave them a specially designed medal. Eric Powell (MBE) was diagnosed with cancer and spent several weeks at the University Hospital of North Tees during his procedure.
