Dao HOUSTON – A recently filed lawsuit alleges tires from a Mack cement truck broke free and crossed several lanes of traffic, and even skipped over a highway median, before crushing part of a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. Seeking $2.5 million in damages, Vicheth Srou filed suit against Apple Towing, Eric Ruiz and Alexis Reyes in Harris County District Court.
