February 12, 2021 86-year-old Allen J. “Red” Smith of Wayne City, died February 11 at Cisne Rehabilitation Center of Covid. Losing his father at a young age, Red was a self-made entrepreneur. He lived everyday believing in hard work and honesty. He had the utmost respect for those that did the same. Helping many to achieve success, he was enormously generous and charitable. Red proudly served in the United States Army from 1956 to 1958 being stationed in Germany.
