Mom of 5 blames mould in London Housing unit for children's breathing problems
Nearly three years ago, Kayla Fraser Jacobs noticed a leak in her London Housing townhome's basement and mould growing on the carpet. She now believes it's the reason her youngest children have been in and out of the hospital with severe respiratory issues.
