WALNUT CREEK — Four Dutchman Hospitality staff member were promoted recently, according to Mike Palmer, president of Dutchman Hospitality Group. Tom Troyer was promoted to vice president of finance. He began his career with Dutchman Hospitality in 2012 serving as finance and accounting manager.
