They gathered alongside "Elena The Essential Worker," a 24-foot tribute to the famous Rosie the Riveter icon. It was part of a statewide movement. Workers say tips are roughly 50% to 75% of what they were before the pandemic began. They're calling on Gov. Cuomo to be a hero, and announce a full minimum wage.
