BROWN UNIVERSITY will receive $2.9 million as part of $6 million in federal funding awarded to Rhode Island to support Community-Driven Coastal Climate Research and Solutions for the Resilience of New England Coastal Populations. Also as part of that $6 million award, $1.3 million has been alloted to research groups under Brown's leadership.
