Authorities believe she was murdered Jan. 21, with Jahkim accused of stealing her personal belongings and her car. Three different references to the victim’s 43 stab wounds appear in the four-count indictment. The attacker is accused of “stabbing or cutting the victim 43 separate times, causing injuries to her torso and extremities, resulting in her death,” the indictment reads.
