Suspect's Mother Arrested For Tampering With Evidence In Fatal Hit-and-Run   According to law enforcement, Eva Polanco has been charged with tampering with evidence.  At this time, it is unclear how Mrs. Polanco tampered with evidence, but authorities have released additional details of the relationship between the suspect and the victim, Veronica Carrillo. Polanco and Carrillo apparently lived together in Andrews and had an on-going relationship.
