The National Transportation Safety Board released a preliminary report Wednesday into a small plane crash near Provo that killed two men more than two weeks ago.

Just after 10 a.m. on Nov. 14, a plane crashed near Provo, killing both pilots and seriously injuring its one passenger.

Two people were killed and another person was injured in a plane crash Tuesday morning in a remote area of Slate Canyon in Utah County.

Just one day after a small plane took off from Spanish Fork for the last time, other pilots at that same airport can’t believe the young lives lost.
