Its a really, really tragic situation so well hope for the best in terms of additional recovery but were bracing for some bad news just given the destruction were seeing. No word how many could be trapped and what caused the collapse. Here is what the mayor said a short time ago. They were doing roof work on the building at the time. Certainly that doesnt seem like it would be the issue that would have caused it. Some of the residents at the Community Center have complained to me the new building that went up to the south used to shake the building when they were putting the pilings in.
