阿拉山口口岸上半年出入境中欧班列突破3000列

　　值得关注的是，来自中亚、欧洲稳定增长的回程货源，为入境中欧班列运量增长提供了新动力，主要商品有汽车、木材、精矿类等；在出境班列货物中，液晶显示器、笔记本电脑、汽车配件等高货值货物也明显增长。
　　阿拉山口海关副关长郑常东表示，海关部门为中欧班列设立专门窗口，24小时随到随放，并推广“数字口岸”系统，持续优化舱单归并、转关无纸化作业，压缩班列在口岸停留时间。
　　中国铁路乌鲁木齐局阿拉山口站运转车间副主任闫华鹏说，中欧班列开行数量大幅增长，需要口岸站充分释放运输潜能，减少班列在口岸停留时间。铁路部门正通过不断优化班列接发、车辆取送、货物装卸、联运交接等作业流程，让中欧班列换装作业快起来。

　　阿拉山口海关副关长郑常东表示，今年上半年，阿拉山口口岸进出境中欧班列数量、货运量、货值等均呈现大幅上升态势。究其原因，一方面是入境班列数量增长，且进口货物量逐步稳定。另一方面，上半年，阿拉山口新增由日照、兰州、郴州等地开行的9条出口线路，线路增多促使班列数量增长。
　　中国铁路乌鲁木齐局集团有限公司阿拉山口站运转车间副主任闫华鹏表示，中欧班列开行数量大幅增长，需要口岸站充分释放运输潜能。铁路和海关加强合作，通过不断优化班列接发、车辆取送、货物装卸、联运交接等作业流程，减少班列在口岸停留时间。近期，阿拉山口进出境中欧班列日均数量达18列左右。（记者陈蔷薇报道） ....
