The U.S. Department of Justice announced on Friday it has reached an agreement with the state’s Executive Chamber to settle and confirm allegations that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo “engaged in a pattern or practice of sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.”
