Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) president Mandisa Maya has dismissed Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane's 166-page application for reconsideration of the dismissal of her "SARS Rogue Unit" appeal. Maya found there were no exceptional circumstances justifying reconsideration.
