Privilege. this was not a lawyer's office. there's no reason to believe that the residence is chock-full of attorney-client privilege. and it's a facade for him trying to raise the executive privilege issue which is outside the scope. the biggest danger here, this is a judge inserting herself into something she has no business being there. she's meddling in the criminal investigation. i hope that doj hits back very, very hard on this and points out that not only they're doing it by the book correctly, but to allow this judge in a court that has no jurisdiction over this issue to insert herself...
