Most Texans Support Criminal Justice Reform, New Survey Reveals
Although they disagreed on many issues, survey responders showed unity in most of areas of criminal justice reform. Excessive force, controversial bail practices, “stop and frisk” policies and enhanced police training all inspired strong support for change. Redirecting police budgets to fund social services did not.
