19 Journalists Killed Since Nigeria's Return To Democracy In 1999, Says Media Rights Agenda

A group against attacks on media practitioners in Nigeria, Media Rights Agenda (MRA) on Wednesday, called on governments at all levels to ensure total protection of journalists in the country against any harm.   The organisation charged President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to commence an immediate investigation into all attacks against media practitioners as well as prosecute the perpetrators to serve as a deterrent.
