Read Article RUMFORD — The UMA Rumford and Lewiston Centers will offer free courses in the fall semester to eligible students. To be eligible, students must meet one of the following criteria: first-time college student, returning college student with less than 30 credits and a minimum 3-year break in classes, high school junior or senior, or be over the age of 65 years.
