GrafTech International names new CEO
The Brooklyn Heights-based maker of graphite electrode products said it has appointed Marcel Kessler as president and CEO, and that he has been elected to GrafTech's board of directors, all effective Friday, July 1. Kessler will succeed David J. Rintoul, the company's current president and CEO, who in March announced he would retire from the company and resign from the board effective Thursday, June 30.
