It is being called the Royal Canal Greenway, and it is located along a historic canal that is 225 years old. The canal begins in Maynooth, and it goes through Kildare, Meath, Westmeath, and Longford.
Ireland’s great outdoors are just perfect to explore for travellers, and this all-new Greenway is all about that. With scenic destinations all throughout the ride, you can expect a wondrous experience. There are charming villagers, historic destinations, beautiful landscapes, and even picnic spots.
