Acer Launches New 11.6-inch Aspire One Netbook
Acer has unveiled an impressive number of new devices at a New York press event including a 11.6-inch Aspire One model that looks more like a posh sub-laptop than a traditional netbook.Although it is bigger than usual, the "nouveau" Aspire one packs not only a full size keyboard; in comparison other smaller netbooks sport 10 percent smaller keyboards.The 11.6-inch LED backlit screen is slightly smaller than say, the 12-inch screen of the Dell Inspiron Mini 12, but allows for a resolution of 1366x768 pixels which is HD Ready and found on some 18.5-inch monitors.At less than 25mm thick...
