Each building will be eight stories and have 100 units and are expected to open in 2026. Father Joe's Villages' Turning the Key initiative has a goal of creating 2,000 new units for homeless people.
About 500 people live in the complex, including seniors, families and veterans. It's the largest ever built by Father Joe's Villages.
