A second Fish Lonja spot is swimming over to the St. Mary's Strip
Lauded chef Alejandro Paredes is casting a wider net for his Fish Lonja concept. The companion spot to Carnitas Lonja, the popular spot on Roosevelt, opened in 2019 with fresh fish and shrimp ceviches and fish tacos. The food is fresh and light, a nice counterpart to the unctuous carnitas Paredes has received plenty of accolades for, with nods in Eater and Esquire in 2018.
