As Northern Ireland is set to launch a high street voucher scheme by the end of the summer, Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe has confirmed that the Republic’s stay and spend tax incentive has closed. In September, the Government unveiled the stay and spend scheme in the hopes to boost spending in the hospitality sector over the off-season.
