The project's name, Central Area Home, stems from its location in the city's Central Area neighbourhood, a residential district that lies just east of downtown. The entrance to Blackhorse Pub & Brewery was propped open to air out the water-soaked interior, revealing a lobby floor covered in shattered glass and debris.
