ZAMBOANGA CITY - A rookie police officer was arrested in an anti-drug operation here, police officials said Tuesday. Brig. Gen. Franco Simborio, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula (PRO-9) director, said Patrolman Carl Anthony Burgas Tabo-Tabo was caught in a buy-bust around 11:33 p.m. Monday in Barangay San Jose Gusu.
