Our windchills are running 12 below at andrews, baltimore. Feels like 4 below in easton. 7 below leesburg and reagan national. So a cold day ahead. It will be sunny and chilly. When you look at the forecast on those windchills, weve got them there. Theyre going to be by lunch time 11 00 or so still below zero. North of town only 1 by 11 00. Bundle up.
