2 New Faces To Join The OKC City Council
Two new faces will be sworn in on Tuesday to Oklahoma City's City Council. Councilor-elect Bradley Carter will serve Ward 1 and Councilor-elect Barbara Young will serve Ward 3 for four year terms. Carter owns coffee roasting company Grounds for Compassion at MacArthur Boulevard and NW 50th Street. He started the business as a way of providing farmers a job in Haiti.
